Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Medi compression stockings.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

The following are not eligible for return or credit:

• Products that have been worn, used, or dispensed (taken from the store).
• Products with opened packaging, removed or missing tags, or damaged packaging.
• Custom-made products.

To request a return, please provide: A. Item number, color, and size B. Reason for return C. Invoice or receipt number

Due to hygiene regulations for medical garments, opened or tried-on items cannot be returned.
